Find the real problem before you pay to fix the wrong one.
You know the business is harder to run than it should be. Another tool, website, or automation is not automatically the answer. Discovery finds where the work is actually getting held up, then gives you a clear decision about what to fix next.
I follow the evidence. I do not begin with a predetermined deliverable and work backward to justify it.
01
Customers do not know what to do next
The offer may make sense to you while leaving customers unsure what you do, who it is for, or how to take the next step.
02
Important follow-up depends on memory
Inquiries, estimates, approvals, and customer updates happen only when the right person remembers them at the right time.
03
The owner is trapped in work someone or something else could handle
Routine questions, handoffs, and decisions keep coming back to you, even when your attention is needed somewhere else.
04
The business has tools, but no dependable system
You may already pay for a website, forms, software, or automation. The problem is that the pieces do not work together in a way your business can rely on.
What you leave with
A decision you can act on, not another pile of ideas.
The investigation changes with the problem. The deliverable does not. You get a clear recommendation, a ranked set of priorities, and a practical definition of what each next step should accomplish.
A plain-English diagnosis
I show you where the problem appears, what is feeding it, and why it matters. No technical fog and no consultant shorthand.
A ranked action plan
You get what to address first, what can wait, and what is not worth spending money on right now.
Scope, ownership, and success measures
The plan defines what the recommended system needs to do, who owns each responsibility, which accounts it should run on, and how success will be measured.
Is this the right next step?
Discovery is useful when the answer is not obvious.
A good fit when
You can feel the drag, several fixes seem possible, and you want evidence before committing more money or time. It is also a good fit when the problem crosses more than one part of the business, such as the website, follow-up, and internal handoffs.
Not the right fit when
You already know the exact deliverable and only need production help. It is also a poor fit if you want a guaranteed answer before the investigation begins or expect the Discovery fee to be a deposit on future work.
Look first. Decide second. Build only what earns its place.
Every engagement begins with a diagnosis and ends with a clear ownership boundary.
Look
I examine the real issue, the path around it, and the points where work or customers are getting stuck.
Decide
You get what to fix, what to skip, and what success should look like before anyone starts building.
Build
If you hire me for the next step, I start with the smallest system that solves the problem. Hiring me to build it is optional.
The plan is yours.
Your recommendations, working documents, account map, and next-step plan stay under your control. If implementation follows, the system is built on client-owned accounts by default. You do not have to keep paying me to keep access to your own work.
Not sure where to start? Show me one issue.
I will look at one problem in your business and send you a straight answer within two business days. No pitch. No obligation.
