Privacy Policy

This is the plain-English version. It explains what the assessment collects, why I use it, and the services involved in that request.

What I collect

When you use the assessment, I collect your first name, your business name, and your email address. Last name and location are optional.

I also collect your answers to the five assessment questions. The form uses those answers to show your result and prepare the video diagnosis. The result score and tier are internal form values used for that flow.

The form does not ask for payment details.

Why I collect it

I use the information to understand the business problem you described, review your answers, send the requested video diagnosis, and contact you about that request.

If you choose to book a call, Cal.com handles the scheduling. Google Apps Script and Google Calendar handle the tracking event for the requested video.

WordPress and WS Form store and handle the form request. The form also sends a transactional notification about the request.

Marketing emails

The marketing option is separate and optional. Requesting a video or booking a call does not require it. If you select it, Brevo can send occasional follow-up information. You can use the unsubscribe option in those emails.

Tools I use

• WS Form renders the assessment and handles the request.
• Google Apps Script and Google Calendar handle the tracking event for the video request.
• Cal.com handles optional call scheduling.

Brevo handles occasional follow-up only when you select the separate marketing option. Plausible Analytics provides cookieless site and funnel analytics. It does not receive form answers, names, email addresses, booking identifiers, or meeting details.

Retention and privacy questions

I am not stating a fixed retention period here because that operating policy has not been finalized. If you have a question about information connected to your request, want to ask for a correction, or have another privacy question, email [email protected].

Policy updates

I update this page when the services in the request flow change.
