    Required for a firm 90-day commitment beginning at launch. Then month to month.

You keep the keys

Your domain, hosting, automation platform, phone number, data, and vendor accounts are set up in your name whenever the platform allows it. You pay vendors directly at cost. Credentials go into a shared vault from day one, and baseline documentation ships at launch.

Anything that must run on my infrastructure is disclosed before the sale as a managed service. It is never presented as something you own.

MATERIAL TERMS

What starts at launch

Implementation carries a required 90-day management commitment. Its fee is quoted before implementation. Direct vendor costs are paid by you at cost. Scope changes are fixed-price additions approved in writing before extra work begins.

How payment works

Projects below $6,000 require 50% upfront. Projects of $6,000 or more require 40% upfront. The balance is due before launch or final delivery. Pay in full and save 5%. Split payment carries a 5% surcharge.

Existing website transfer

An as-is migration into the agreed client-owned account can be included with a management engagement. Repairs, upgrades, redesign, content changes, and expanded scope are quoted separately.

Assisted transition

$2,500 or 20% of implementation, whichever is greater

Optional. It includes documentation refresh, credential and dependency walkthrough, final backup and export, four hours of training, and 30 days of transition support. Ownership and credentials do not depend on buying it.
